один из финансовых отчетов по IPO, в котором перечисляются все андеррайтеры, действующие либо как ведущие андеррайтеры, либо как участники размещения. Такой отчет позволяет подписчикам видеть не только полный перечень IPO и вторичных размещений, но и дает представление об их группировке согласно наименованиям участвующих в них андеррайтеров (см. lead underwriter, co-manager)
